Historically, it had been said that the height to sell had been from Fall to Spring. The time to sell can now be almost year-round. Cottages that rent height of the summer can be shown on turnover days (traditionally Friday-Sunday 10am-3pm) whether they are through an agency or through an owner.
We work with the most recent schedule you can give us to have potential purchasers view your property. Properties can be shown on request via video which allows a real-time viewing experience. Non-rental or owner occupied can be arranged on appointment as well. The Fall through winter will have homes winterized but available to show until holiday stays.
